Responsibilities:
- Assist in all phases of concrete construction, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
- Set forms and help prepare sites for concrete placement.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to specifications.
Qualifications:
- Previous concrete or construction experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
