We are a fast-growing asphalt maintenance company looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our crew specializing in crack sealing and seal coating. Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare asphalt surfaces for crack sealing and seal coating.
- Operate hot rubber crack sealing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply crack sealant using proper techniques and equipment.
- Mix, apply, and squeegee or spray asphalt seal coat.
- Protect surrounding areas from overspray and maintain clean job sites.
- Perform traffic control and job site safety setup.
- Operate blowers, power brooms, pressure washers, and other preparation equipment.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Assist with daily equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with high-quality results.
Qualifications:
- Experience in crack sealing, seal coating, asphalt maintenance, or construction preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed.
- Must be able to follow directions and work well with a team.
- Safety-minded with attention to detail.
