Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply replace parts. The right mechanic should be able to diagnose the cause of a problem, research unfamiliar equipment, find the correct repair information, and determine the proper solution.

Because our company operates many different types and brands of construction equipment, the mechanic must be comfortable learning and troubleshooting equipment they may not have worked on before.
